The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and orders primarily in French, ensuring first-class service and high customer satisfaction. Key daily tasks include communicating with internal departments to resolve issues, managing customer data and systems, and supporting the creation and follow-up of quotes. You will also handle complaints and returns, engage in proactive customer care, and assist with administrative duties within the Customer Service department. Essential qualifications include fluent French (written and spoken), good command of German and English, and prior experience in customer service or related fields.
