Job Summary

This role seeks a highly autonomous Field Service Technician to join an international manufacturer specializing in high-quality technical equipment for the catering, hospitality, and commercial kitchen sectors. The core responsibilities involve performing technical field service, including the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of commercial dishwashers and various kitchen appliances at customer sites. Day-to-day tasks include detailed fault analysis, technical problem-solving, providing customer instruction, and documenting all service operations using modern digital systems. The technician will also advise customers on maintenance intervals and necessary spare parts, working closely with the internal technical support team. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, coupled with practical experience in technical field service or machine maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, along with a customer-oriented approach and a Class B driving license, are essential.
