Join an innovative team supporting the future of aerospace and defense, working with Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Taufkirchen. As an Embedded Software Developer, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle (V-Model), focusing on implementation, integration, validation, and verification for the DeckFinder system. Day-to-day tasks include writing effective unit and integration tests, performing hardware integration, ensuring compliance with high-level program requirements, and producing comprehensive test reports for product certification. A strong background in embedded software development, proficiency in C, and practical experience with aerospace standards (DO-178B/C) are highly beneficial. This role requires detailed knowledge of embedded software components (schedulers, firmware, I/O) and collaboration with systems engineering and customers to define and refine software requirements and release planning.
