Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position as a Network and Communication Administrator involves managing and maintaining the network infrastructure and communication systems for the Börde district administration. Key responsibilities include the administration of switches, routers, network access control systems, on-premise firewalls, and WLAN environments. You will also be responsible for managing virtualized telecommunication systems, including FAX servers and media technology, and overseeing the monitoring environment. Day-to-day tasks involve working according to ITIL processes for incident and change management, creating technical documentation, coordinating external service providers (3rd Level Support), and conducting user training. The ideal candidate holds an information technology degree (Bachelor's level or equivalent) and preferably possesses at least three years of experience as an IT Administrator (Second Level Support), demonstrating strong analytical, self-reliant, and communicative skills.

Experience
