Job Summary

This permanent position seeks a Construction Calculation Engineer to ensure the economic and technical viability of building and civil engineering projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed and precise cost calculations for both public and private tenders, analyzing return costs, and proposing technical and financial optimizations. The role involves verifying quantities in tender documents, preparing submissions, and actively negotiating pricing with suppliers and partners. Furthermore, you will assist execution teams in interpreting calculations and optimizing resources, while proposing innovative solutions for transformation and demolition methods. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering (EPF/HES or equivalent) and possesses proven calculation experience in the sector, coupled with strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant calculation and management software.
