Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company specializing in industrial automation as an External Sales Representative. Your primary mission will be field-based, focusing on developing the client portfolio and conquering new B2B markets, including industrial clients, integrators, and design offices. You will be responsible for actively listening to clients to identify their specific needs and proposing tailored, innovative automation solutions, working in synergy with internal technical teams to construct robust commercial offers. You will manage the entire client lifecycle, from initial outreach through to contract signature, while also representing the company at professional trade fairs. Success requires proven experience in technical B2B sales within the automation or embedded systems sector, combined with a strong commercial drive, autonomy, and excellent negotiation skills.
