This role as a Student Assistant at the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) focuses on ensuring the linguistic quality of official documents used in European data protection cooperation. Day-to-day tasks involve creating translations between German and English using specialized translation tools, followed by rigorous quality assurance and linguistic adaptation under the guidance of qualified staff. The assistant will also communicate closely with caseworkers and the European Cooperation unit. Key requirements include very good English skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational abilities, and reliability.
