Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Federal Police Directorate in Stuttgart, specifically the Konstanz Federal Police Inspectorate, by managing police technology and material assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records (Nachweisführung) of general administrative equipment (AVA), weapons, and police technology. Key daily tasks include managing key administration related to AVA, maintaining card files/databases and overviews, monitoring deadlines, and handling document management (Schriftgutverwaltung). This is a crucial, permanent, full-time position within one of Germany's largest security authorities, offering a meaningful, crisis-proof job with flexible working hours and a special allowance for working in a security authority.
