Key responsibilities include analyzing clinical patient pathways using process mining tools (like MIO), coordinating with medical staff and external partners, and implementing digital solutions. Candidates require extensive professional experience in patient administration, hospital IT, or billing, coupled with a degree in Health Informatics, Business Informatics, or Health Management, and must possess strong analytical, project management, and communication skills to navigate complex healthcare and IT environments.
