Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the digital transformation within the organization, focusing specifically on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Analytics initiatives. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a company-wide data and AI strategy, steering data-driven initiatives aligned with strategic goals, and establishing structures for responsible data and AI management. Day-to-day tasks include initiating and leading interdisciplinary projects, ensuring data quality and ethical responsibility, and advising internal and external stakeholders on transformation processes. The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background in Data Science, Statistics, or related fields, coupled with practical experience in developing and deploying AI solutions and applications. Success in this position requires strong project management, change management skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly in an interdisciplinary environment, particularly within the healthcare sector.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Data Science, Statistics, Medical Technology, Neurosciences, Digital Health, Computer Science, Communication Sciences, Cognitive Psychology, or comparable studies. Alternatively, a university certificate or relevant advanced training in Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, Process Management, or Change Management.

Experience

  • Practical experience in the use and development of AI solutions and applications
  • Experience in innovation and transformation management
  • Experience in project management, change management, and process optimization
  • Ability to collaborate interdisciplinarily with medical staff, research institutions, administration, and manufacturers
  • Industry knowledge in the healthcare sector, particularly in medical technology and hospital software (Desirable)
  • Background in neuroscience or medical diagnostics (Desirable, if related to healthcare)
