Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of approximately 10 qualified electricians within the maintenance department of a major global automotive manufacturer in Sindelfingen near Stuttgart. The Team Lead is responsible for the operational management and preservation of complex technical electrical systems, ensuring all contractual services in electrical engineering are delivered efficiently. Key duties include the technical leadership of the electrical specialists, acting as the primary point of contact for the client regarding all electrical responsibilities, and coordinating subcontractors. The ideal candidate must possess a recognized German electrical qualification (e.g., as an Electrician for Energy Systems or Building Technology), combined with further training as a Technician or Master Electrician, or equivalent multi-year professional experience. Strong leadership skills, quality/cost awareness, and fluency in German (C1 level minimum) are essential for success in this demanding industrial facility management environment.
