Job Summary
This crucial role involves coordinating and leading digitalization projects within the Accounting and Tax Department for the City of Potsdam. The Specialist Digitalization Officer will be responsible for advising management on introducing new specialized processes, overseeing the continuous development of existing digital workflows, and actively transforming analog processes into digital solutions. Key responsibilities include managing operational process management, implementing and developing electronic forms and documents, and serving as the central point of contact for the electronic file system. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Administrative/Business Informatics or a comparable field, coupled with solid professional experience in digitalization projects, strong media literacy, and expertise in e-Government regulations (BDSG, DSGVO, OZG). This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary package (E 11 TVöD-VKA), flexible working hours, 30 days of annual leave, and up to 50% mobile work.

Education
Bachelor's or University of Applied Sciences degree in Administrative/Business Informatics, Public Administration, Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt), or comparable qualification
