Job Summary

This role is centered on maintaining and supervising the electrical and technical infrastructure within a single, fixed-location facility. The Master Electrician/Supervisor is responsible for executing maintenance, testing, and inspection orders on technical building equipment, conducting regular control rounds, and proactively identifying and resolving faults within the Technical Facility Management (TFM) scope. A significant part of the job involves leadership duties, including managing projects (monitoring costs, deadlines, and performance) and guiding in-house technicians. The ideal candidate must hold a completed qualification as an Electrician or Electrical Technician, supplemented by a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician certification in Electrical Engineering. Solid professional experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of complex technical systems, along with proven experience in coordinating subcontractors and leading technical teams, is essential.
