Job Summary

This role is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen the IT Development team, taking on end-to-end responsibility for specific processes and software product lifecycles. The primary function involves capturing complex functional requirements from business departments and translating them into precise Epics and User Stories with the necessary level of detail. You will be responsible for synchronizing these requirements with existing IT systems and collaborating closely with development teams, architects, and Product Owners. A significant aspect of the role involves stakeholder management, communicating between the business side and IT, and steering external IT service providers and software vendors. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, deep knowledge of IT requirements analysis, and methodological competence in IT Project Management, ensuring successful implementation and quality assurance through the entire lifecycle.
