Key responsibilities include planning, tendering, construction supervision, and project control for both internal and external projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor/Diplom) or equivalent technical certification (Technician/Master Craftsman) and demonstrate experience in planning construction projects within existing buildings. The position offers a varied, autonomous role within a dedicated team, focusing on essential public infrastructure maintenance.

Experience

  • Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures), preferably in public procurement
  • Knowledge of relevant technical rules, standards, and execution regulations
  • Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience (desirable)
