Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive maintenance and project management for electrical systems within Flensburg's municipal properties. The specialist will handle all phases of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) for electrical installations, including high-voltage systems, telecommunication/IT infrastructure, specialized utility systems, and building automation. Key responsibilities include planning, tendering, construction supervision, and project control for both internal and external projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor/Diplom) or equivalent technical certification (Technician/Master Craftsman) and demonstrate experience in planning construction projects within existing buildings. The position offers a varied, autonomous role within a dedicated team, focusing on essential public infrastructure maintenance.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree (Diplom or Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering, or certified Electrical Engineering Technician (staatlich geprüfte/r Techniker), or certified Electrical Master Craftsman (Meister)
Experience
- Experience in planning and executing construction measures in existing buildings
- Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures), preferably in public procurement
- Knowledge of relevant technical rules, standards, and execution regulations
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience (desirable)

Additional
- Class B driving license (for private car use on business trips against reimbursement); Foreign university degrees require accreditation from the Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB).
