Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Service Technician based in Augsburg, focusing on maintaining and developing the IT workplace environment for a large corporate client. The technician will be responsible for providing 2nd Level Onsite Support for approximately 3,000 Windows clients and performing crucial hardware rollout activities. A significant part of the job involves diagnosing and resolving faults on specialized industrial hardware, such as Panel PCs and Industrial Tablets. Candidates should have a background in IT or systems integration, professional experience in IT hardware rollout, and strong knowledge of Windows Client OS (up to Windows 10), MS Office, Mac, and CAD environments. The position is full-time, initially through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover, offering a challenging and varied role within a supportive team and requiring participation in weekend on-call duty.
