Job Summary
This role is ideal for a technically inclined professional eager to provide competent first-line support within a modern, growth-oriented IT system house in Mannheim. The specialist will be responsible for handling, prioritizing, and resolving IT support tickets via phone and remote access, focusing on client, network, and software troubleshooting. Key duties include managing user accounts and permissions in Microsoft environments, performing installation and configuration of client devices and standard software, and assisting with system rollouts, updates, and security measures. Candidates should possess an IT qualification or degree, solid foundational knowledge of Windows and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory), and experience with ticketing systems.
