This role seeks a dedicated Service Technician or Building Services Technician, specializing as an Electrician, to ensure the optimal functioning of technical facilities within various properties near Stuttgart. Key responsibilities involve conducting autonomous inspections, preventative maintenance, testing, and repairs of building-related electrical and technical systems, including detailed troubleshooting and optimization of operational processes. You will be expected to proactively repair and maintain systems according to current regulations, including testing portable and fixed assets (DGUV V3), and digitally documenting all activities using mobile devices. The ideal candidate holds a technical electrical qualification (e.g., Electronics Technician or Electrical Installer) and possesses a service-oriented approach.
