Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth, reliable operation of technical and electronic building systems within a facility located in Graben (Augsburg district). The Service/Building Services Technician will independently conduct inspections, maintenance, testing, and repairs of technical building equipment, including proactive troubleshooting and fault resolution. A key part of the job is optimizing operational processes and ensuring all work complies with current regulations, such as DGUV-Vorschrift 3 for portable and fixed systems. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification in the electrical field (e.g., as an Electrician or Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology) and demonstrates a customer-oriented, reliable, and independent work ethic.
