Job Summary

This role in Berlin involves taking on the critical responsibilities of organizing, controlling, and managing all technical aspects of building management (TGA) for client projects. The Deputy Facility Manager ensures strict compliance with all relevant legal regulations, particularly occupational safety standards, and contractual obligations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and overseeing maintenance, inspections, repairs, and warranty tracking, serving as the primary point of contact for the client, and managing both internal staff and external contractors. Key qualifications include a Master Craftsman or Technician certification in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or a technical degree in a related field (e.g., Facility Management). Candidates must possess professional experience in Facility Management, strong leadership capabilities, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent German language skills.
