Job Summary
Join COMBASE AG, a leading provider of cloud-based Point-of-Sale solutions, as a 2nd Level Support Specialist in Dresden. This role involves identifying and resolving complex technical challenges, configuring and maintaining remote IT system environments, and ensuring up-to-date system maintenance. You will collaborate closely with the 1st Level Support team and occasionally with customer IT personnel, managing support requests via a ticketing system. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, paired with solid professional experience. Essential technical skills include robust administration knowledge of GNU/Linux and Windows systems, familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and a foundational understanding of network technology (TCP/IP, Routing).
