Job Summary

This role is for an AI Expert to join a team of digital tailors specializing in custom software engineering and IT consulting, focusing on projects that aim to improve the world, such as renewable energy promotion and traffic shifting to rail. Day-to-day, the expert will work in consulting and software development projects for high-profile clients like AXA, BMW, and ZDF, paving the way for an AI-supported future by developing production-ready solutions. Key responsibilities involve participating in all disciplines of software engineering and utilizing technologies including Python, R, Scala, Java, and SQL. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline, possesses experience in the entire AI development lifecycle from requirements to production, and has knowledge of Java and Spring Boot. This position offers a supportive environment with flat hierarchies, 12 annual continuing education days, and flexible hybrid work arrangements.
