Job Summary

This role involves working as a digital tailor and expert in individual software engineering and IT consulting, focusing on projects that aim to improve the world, such as promoting renewable energy or supporting organ donation processes. The Senior Agentic AI Engineer will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing scalable software solutions for major clients like BMW and ZDF. A core part of the job is applying advanced AI methods and tools throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including the use of Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation. Candidates must possess a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, relevant experience in software development using languages like Python, Java, or C#, and proven expertise in integrating AI into software engineering practices (e.g., using tools like GitHub Copilot). The position offers a collaborative, value-driven environment with 12 annual training days and flexible, hybrid work arrangements.
