The position requires a completed degree in fields like Computer Science, AI, or Engineering, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in digital transformation, specifically focusing on AI, ideally within the engineering or automotive sector. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong leadership competence, project management expertise, and a fundamental technical understanding of AI technologies and Big Data to ensure competitive advantage through scalable, high-value AI solutions.
