Job Summary

This role is focused on advancing technology solutions by implementing and managing requirements throughout the development lifecycle for leading clients. The Requirements Engineer is responsible for the complete requirements management process, including the definition, capture, structuring, and documentation of requirements into detailed specification documents. A key function involves acting as the primary interface, coordinating technical requirements between customers, internal project teams, and various development departments. Day-to-day activities include comprehensive process documentation, project data analysis, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement and further development of requirements management methods and associated tools. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, coupled with relevant professional experience in requirements management and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
