Job Summary

As an Electrical Hardware Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the engineering of switchgear and control systems for high-availability pharmaceutical freeze-dryers and automated loading systems. Your daily responsibilities include CAD/CAE-supported planning, specifically utilizing EPLAN P8, and the integration of PLC control systems. This role offers the unique opportunity to bridge the gap between design and reality, as you will accompany your solutions through to initial switch-on and commissioning at client sites. You will collaborate closely with software development and production teams to ensure seamless automation solutions. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electronics (e.g., Power Plant Electronics Technician, Industrial Electrician). Further qualification as a Technician, Master Electrician, or a Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Experience

  • Proven professional experience in electrical engineering and hardware planning.
  • Practical experience in the design and planning of switchgear systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using CAE systems, specifically EPLAN P8.
  • Experience in the integration of PLC controls for automated systems.
