Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional, either an experienced specialist or a career starter, looking to ensure seamless IT operations for a range of clients. The core responsibilities involve managing the daily IT workflow, including classifying and dispatching incoming support tickets, and resolving problems, change requests, and incident inquiries. A significant part of the job includes the installation and maintenance of end-user workstations (Client PCs, phones, printers) and local servers, alongside essential Active Directory management tasks. You will also be responsible for hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades, acting as the crucial communication link between end-users and specialized support teams. Success in this position requires a background in IT system integration, strong service orientation, and foundational knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client operating systems, coupled with basic network technology understanding.

Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Administrator, or equivalent qualification
