Job Summary
This role involves developing and optimizing highly complex alignment processes and technologies for sophisticated systems and components used in high-performance lenses and illumination systems within the semiconductor industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include advancing current alignment methods, creating process metrics, developing tools for data capture and analysis, and implementing these processes into manufacturing. The successful candidate will also scientifically oversee product launches, approve development results, and conduct simulations and experiments to budget current and future technologies. Key qualifications include a university degree in Physics or equivalent, preferably a PhD, and desirable knowledge in technical optics. Strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness, combined with very good written and spoken English skills, are essential for coordinating development tasks within project teams.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Master's or Diploma) in Physics or comparable qualification. Doctorate (PhD) is advantageous.
Experience
- Professional experience in developing technologies and processes for complex system alignment
