Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Research Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the technical excellence and perfection of development projects for a leading technology service provider. Your daily responsibilities will involve conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks, as well as overseeing the implementation of risk protection strategies. You will be responsible for defining and coordinating external testing procedures, while also performing hands-on laboratory tests when necessary. A significant part of the role includes analyzing product lifespan factors by investigating field returns and collaborating with specialized departments to approve manufacturing processes.
