Job Summary
This role involves managing comprehensive technical support and service operations for national and international clients, focusing specifically on systems, devices, and test equipment. Key responsibilities include developing and coordinating robust support service concepts, delivering training sessions on these concepts, and maintaining meticulous documentation, including repair files and failure statistics. A critical component of the role is leading projects and programs after the conclusion of series production. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, possesses proven experience in technical customer support, and is proficient in fault analysis and utilizing support tools like ticketing and remote maintenance systems. Success requires fluent German and English, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel globally for at least 50% of the time.
