Job Summary

This role involves working as an Automotive Wiring Harness Design Engineer, focusing on the 3D CAD construction and optimization of wiring harnesses within the automotive sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining components and cable routing within your area of responsibility, conducting technical coordination with customers regarding assembly requirements, and presenting design statuses. You will also be responsible for initiating trials and prototype construction, coordinating the introduction of new parts, and analyzing process capability. You will contribute to the development of design and proposal concepts, and assist in creating specifications and technical documentation. Key qualifications include a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, along with initial or multi-year experience in wiring harness development or design.
