Job Summary

This expert role involves driving technological advancements within the pharmaceutical and life science sectors, focusing specifically on complex pre-development projects. The Biologist will be primarily responsible for the downstream process development of recombinant cells and proteins. Day-to-day activities include the planning, execution, and evaluation of experiments strictly adhering to Quality by Design (QbD) principles, and developing robust experimental study designs, such as Design of Experiments (DoEs). A core function involves setting up, operating, and maintaining advanced analytical and laboratory equipment used for chromatography, filtration, and flow cytometry (High Throughput DSP). Candidates must possess a degree in (Molecular) Biology, Chemistry, or a related natural science field, coupled with practical experience in DSP, analytical methods, sample handling, and statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP, R).
