Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager specializing in Electrical and Control Systems to oversee high-impact projects within critical infrastructure, such as energy generation/distribution facilities, waterworks, and clinics. The successful candidate will take holistic responsibility for project delivery, encompassing performance, quality, budget, and resource management, while leading agile teams of 5 to 10 experts. Key qualifications include a completed degree in Energy or Automation Technology and fundamental knowledge of Protection and Control Technology, along with Medium Voltage systems. The position offers creative freedom, flexible working arrangements, and the chance to consult remotely and on-site with clients across the DACH region and Northern Europe. Fluent English skills and a willingness to travel 20-25% are essential for providing technical consultation and organizing commissioning activities.
