Job Summary
Join NEXTWERK, an innovative IT system house focused on delivering tailored, smart, and green IT solutions, as an IT Specialist for 1st Level Support. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal users and external customers, managing incoming inquiries and disturbances through a ticket system—from classification and prioritization to resolution or escalation. You will also contribute to exciting internal and external projects, helping optimize processes and implement customized hardware and software solutions for clients. The ideal candidate possesses a completed education in Information Technology, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable qualification, coupled with practical experience in IT/User Support and ticket system management. We are looking for a proactive, resilient, and self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality who is ready to shape the digital future.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Information Technology (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Support / User Support
- Professional experience in handling ticket systems
- Multi-year professional experience in a similar position (advantageous)
