Job Summary

This role is seeking an IT Specialist for System Integration to join an 'IT Dream Team' based in Frankfurt am Main, working remotely and on-site with clients. The core responsibilities involve acting as a 1st and 2nd Level Support expert, analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues, and documenting solutions within a ticketing system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and administering Microsoft server and client environments, optimizing IT landscapes, and managing network structures. Key requirements include a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualification, proficiency with Windows Server/Client operating systems, Office 365, and virtualization tools like VMware or Hyper-V.
