Job Summary
This role is perfect for a proactive and service-oriented IT professional ready to be the primary, on-the-ground technical contact for customers and employees. As the Onsite IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical challenges related to both hardware and software directly at the workstation. Day-to-day tasks include direct user support, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, as well as meticulous documentation of solutions. You will collaborate closely with 2nd Level Support and other IT teams to ensure smooth operations and will assist in exciting IT projects and rollouts. Key requirements include a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, proven experience in IT support (preferably onsite), and strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments, networking, and IT security.
