Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Aircraft Engine Electrician to join a renowned aerospace company in Langenhagen. The primary responsibilities involve the meticulous testing and maintenance of electrical components and lines directly on aircraft engines. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and replacing defective parts, fabricating new cable harnesses for engines or associated fixtures, and ensuring precise documentation of all completed work. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training in an electrical field (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Aircraft Electronics Technician) and demonstrate strong manual dexterity. This position offers a permanent contract, competitive hourly pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses, a 35-hour work week with flexible hours, and a high probability of transition to permanent employment with the client. Candidates must be prepared to work within a 2-shift system.
