Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position involves coordinating subsidized broadband expansion projects across the Rottal-Inn district, primarily under the Federal Gigabit Guideline 2.0. The coordinator will be instrumental in supporting local municipalities with their expansion plans, managing complex federal and state funding programs, and overseeing projects from initial application through to final billing. Key daily tasks include reviewing grant notices, processing funding requests, and acting as the central liaison between the district, local authorities, state and federal governments, and telecommunications companies. Candidates should possess a university degree in Administration, Economics, Geosciences, or Engineering, along with very strong German language skills. While experience in the broadband sector, project management, and funding procedures is beneficial, the role offers a secure public sector environment with flexible working hours and significant opportunities for professional development.
