Job Summary
The District of Rottal-Inn is seeking a full-time, permanent Payroll Specialist / HR Administrator to manage a wide spectrum of administrative and organizational tasks within HR administration. This critical role involves preparing salary statements for both employees and civil servants, maintaining employee master data, and providing essential consultation to staff regarding wage tax and social security law. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training in tax or commercial fields, such as a tax clerk or HR services specialist, coupled with professional experience in HR administration. Success in this position requires strong knowledge of German wage tax, social security, and public service labor/collective bargaining laws, along with proficiency in standard MS Office programs.
