Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT professional looking to join a leading provider of infrastructure solutions, service management, engineering, and migration, primarily serving pharmaceutical companies across Europe. As a Rollout Technician based in Nuremberg, you will play a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of client IT hardware. Day-to-day responsibilities include close collaboration with the Asset Management team, systematically exchanging outdated equipment, fully setting up new client workstations, and managing data backup and transfer processes. You will also be responsible for tracking the return of old devices and performing individual user customizations. The position requires a completed professional IT qualification, strong technical and organizational skills, and practical experience in IT Support or Service Desk environments.
