Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive documentation of all processes within the ticketing system, scheduling appointments with end-users, and providing hands-on support for IT component setup, dismantling, and relocation. The specialist will also handle basic installations, software assignments, and the direct installation of PCs, notebooks, and monitors in the customer environment, alongside managing reported incidents. The ideal candidate will have completed relevant IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics) or possess equivalent professional experience in a Workplace environment, such as User Support or On-Site Service. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Merchant, Service Technician IT, Information Electronics Technician) or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Practical experience in a Workplace environment (e.g., On-Site Service, User Support, 1st or 2nd Level Support)
  • Experience in handling a ticketing system (desirable)
