Job Summary

This Junior Non-Conformity Manager role is ideal for a natural science or engineering graduate with initial professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment. You will be instrumental in coordinating, documenting, and investigating non-conformities, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines, and supporting the development and follow-up of CAPA measures. The position involves interacting with subject matter experts, contributing to quality metric goals, and driving process and quality improvements to prevent future non-conformities. You will also participate in presenting non-conformities and CAPAs during national and international inspections and audits, conducting process reviews, and assisting with cGMP regulation implementation.
