Job Summary

As a Campus Technician, you will be crucial in maintaining the operational readiness of client IT workplaces. Daily tasks involve receiving and qualifying customer inquiries via ticket system, phone, and email, followed by performing repairs on clients, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. You will handle the IMAC/R (Install, Move, Add, Change, Retire) processes and manage incidents related to operating system, software, and hardware issues. Key responsibilities also include setting up and cabling workstations and managing assets within the client's designated tool. The ideal candidate possesses strong hardware/software experience, analytical thinking, and a structured, independent working style, supported by a relevant electronic or commercial vocational qualification.

Required Skills

Education

Completed electronic or commercial vocational training (e.g., IT Systems Electronics Technician) or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience with client hardware and peripheral devices
  • Experience in handling IT service requests via ticketing systems, phone, and email
  • Experience in structured and independent work within a customer ticket system

Languages

German (Basic)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license required.
