This role involves supporting the State Office for Environment, Agriculture, and Geology (LfULG) in Saxony by managing complex, multi-year IT projects related to EU funding procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for requirements, information, and process management for IT system development, ensuring compliance with cross-funding period demands. Key daily tasks include conceptualizing and designing data interfaces and exchange procedures between various database systems, conducting comprehensive project management, assisting with procurement processes for IT systems, and organizing software testing. Required Skills

Education

Scientific university degree (Diploma/Master) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Geoinformatics, Geosciences (with focus on Geoinformatics), or Computer Sciences (e.g., Computational Science, Computer Mathematics, Computer Science), or a comparable technical or engineering-relevant field (FH Master degrees must be accredited).

Experience
