Job Summary

This Associate Director role focuses on managing critical external partnerships for Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) development and manufacturing activities within the biopharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will serve as the central liaison, leading cross-functional teams responsible for the selection, contracting, and onboarding of Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs). Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing business operations with contracted CDMOs, driving CMC due diligence for new partners, and contributing to the negotiation of collaboration and technical agreements. This position requires strong leadership, excellent project management, and negotiation skills to ensure seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering operational excellence in an international setting.
