Job Summary

This Product Owner role focuses on optimizing and managing the programming and testing aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes within a factory setting, aiming to minimize lead times and costs for new products. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and prioritizing the product backlog for firmware releases and NPI projects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely implementation and smooth product rollouts. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with several years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in NPI, specifically within firmware development. The role requires a strong technical understanding of firmware and embedded systems, including cryptography and certificate management, along with excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills to coordinate across development, production, and IT security departments. This position offers a long-term assignment with a renowned international technology group in Berlin.
