Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced M365 Solutions Engineer focused heavily on Security and Compliance within a leading German system house. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing, implementing, and operating robust security and compliance solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for various clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 2nd/3rd-level support for complex M365, Security, and Compliance scenarios, advising customers on Zero Trust models and best practices, and actively participating in migration and lifecycle projects. A core part of the job involves implementing Zero Trust strategies using Entra ID, Defender Suite, and Microsoft Purview, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements like GDPR, ISO27001, and DORA. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of M365 Security & Compliance, experience with PowerShell automation, and a structured, analytical approach to client projects.
