Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced M365 Solutions Engineer focused on complex Exchange Online environments within one of Germany's largest system houses. The professional will be heavily involved in 2nd and 3rd-level troubleshooting and support for intricate M365 and Exchange Online scenarios, while also consulting clients on best practices and participating actively in migration and lifecycle projects. Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and operating Exchange Online environments, managing mailflow, transport rules, and robust spam/phishing protection. A strong background in PowerShell scripting for process automation and policy enforcement, coupled with conducting security assessments and developing actionable recommendations, is essential for success in this demanding and customer-facing technical role.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training with a focus on IT (ideally IT Specialist in System Integration) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Hybrid Configurations
- Experience with Mailflow, Security & Compliance
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience with E-mail and Transport encryption
- Experience with security concepts (ideally CIS)
- Experience in migration and lifecycle projects
Languages
Additional
- Desired certifications include MS-900, MS-102, MS-203, MS-220, SC-200, or SC-900. Analytical thinking and a structured working approach are required.
