Job Summary

This role involves acting as an M365 Solutions Engineer, specializing in Microsoft Teams and unified communication scenarios, including Enterprise Voice. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 2nd and 3rd-level support and troubleshooting for complex M365, Teams, and Voice environments. The engineer will consult clients on best practices, actively participate in migration and lifecycle projects, and implement, operate, and plan Microsoft Teams environments with a strong focus on Enterprise Voice integration. Key requirements include deep knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Voice, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect, coupled with experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and familiarity with Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and security concepts.
