Daily responsibilities include providing 2nd and 3rd-level support and troubleshooting for complex M365 and Intune scenarios, alongside consulting clients on Endpoint Management best practices. The engineer will be crucial in planning, implementing, and operating Microsoft Intune environments for device management across Windows and iOS platforms. A core focus is on developing and executing Client Management strategies, integrating security policies (like CIS), and utilizing PowerShell for process automation to enhance efficiency and maintain system integrity through careful patch and update management.
